All or Nothing Dance Company
About AON Company
All or Nothing Dance Company, also known as AON Dance Company, was founded on August 21, 2013, in West Palm Beach, Florida by Dominique Derraco-Franklin. Since its founding, AON has grown into a performance-driven dance organization dedicated to developing not only skilled dancers, but also disciplined, confident, and goal-oriented young individuals.
The mission of All or Nothing Dance Company is to create a fun, structured, and disciplined environment where dancers are challenged to reach their highest potential both on and off the dance floor. The program is built on the belief that success requires full commitment—there is no halfway effort, only “all or nothing.”
AON Dance Company emphasizes strong technical training, performance excellence, teamwork, and personal growth. Dancers are encouraged to build confidence, leadership skills, and work ethic through consistent practice, mentorship, and live performances.
The company provides opportunities for dancers to participate in community events, showcases, competitions, and cultural performances throughout the year. These experiences help dancers gain real-world stage exposure while representing discipline, unity, and artistic expression.
Beyond dance technique, AON focuses heavily on character development. Members are taught accountability, respect, perseverance, and the importance of setting and achieving personal goals.
The program is designed to help shape dancers into successful individuals who can excel in any path they choose in life.
At its core, All or Nothing Dance Company stands on one powerful principle:
Give it your at or Nothing at all.
